GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
No international shipping. SHIPPING ONLY IN THE CONTINENTAL USA.
Shipping and handling charges are added on as part of the final
purchasing agreement. Do not purchase unless you agree to the stated shipping
and handling fees.
No local pickups are allowed.
Our products usually ship within four business days. This means that it
ships (not arrives) in four business days. Business days are Monday through
Friday excluding holidays. We reserve the right to delay shipment of your
order up to 14 days in the unlikely event that we have run out of inventory
for your selection.
Crated items can be very heavy (check out the weight of the bikes). You
may want to arrange to have someone help you move it when it arrives.
Shipping prices are for one-way shipping. You are responsible for
receiving your delivery. Any returned or unclaimed deliveries will acquire
additional shipping and handling charges if reshipping is required.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Be sure to inspect all packages thoroughly
before accepting delivery from the shipping company. A report of shipping
damages cannot be filed if you accept delivery of a damaged product, so be
sure to double-check your item before accepting delivery.
While Fun On Two Wheels is not responsible
for shipping damage. It is important for you to inspect the crate carefully
when it arrives, before the driver leaves. If there is any damage, it should
be carefully noted on the delivery receipt.
While it is rare for a product to be damaged
in shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to submit a claim with the
trucking company. Contact us by e-mail at sales@funontwowheels.com or
call (800) 416-3289 and we will provide you with support to resolve your claim
with the shipper.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES
DAMAGED:
Inspect your package as soon as it arrives, BEFORE THE DRIVER
LEAVES. If the package appears SEVERELY damaged, you have the right to REFUSE
to accept it. In this case, we recommend that you do refuse it. Make a note of
the damage on the Bill of Lading and hand it back to the driver. This makes it
easier to file a shipping damage claim which is necessary to get a replacement
or refund. As soon as possible file a shipping damage claim (usually available
from the shippers web site) and e-mail us at sales@funontwowheels.com
or call (800) 416-3289 to let us know.
RETURN POLICY:
You may return the product within three days after receiving it. You
may return the product as long as you have the receipt and the product is
unused with all of its original packaging. If gas powered, there should not be
any gas in the gas tank. It must be returned in the original packaging.
You are responsible for all freight charges. All returned merchandise is
subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please review the general warranty which was
E-Mailed to you when you purchased your product. You must contact us before
returning the product so that we may give you a restocking number (RMA) which
must be clearly written on the crate. The product will not be accepted without
this number.
